SPACE-TIME FABRIC

 

    After the proposal of general theory of relativity by Albert Einstein, all know about the universe that is laying on endless fabric and named it as a space time fabric, it is 4-dimensional fabric. This space time fabric will bend and forms a curves surface when a mass object is placed in it. This curved surface makes to rotates the planets on another massive planets. This force is called Gravitational force. As we all know this but we don’t know anything on this, because we can’t see the space time fabric, also we don’t know this is a physical substance and properties.



This may raise a common doubt on the space time fabric i.e., is it can tear, we can go through the fabric, what are the mechanical properties of the fabric etc.…

       This all question ❓ just one sir by Einstein, it is NO. the space time fabric does not have any physical, mechanical properties and it not considered as a substance. As this make the space time fabric is a magical element that we don’t know anything about it.

      But some scientists are thought it is wrong, the space time fabric is can also tear, have mechanical properties and the fabric is just like a loop of threads the movements massive objects in the loop makes the gravitation waves and also possible for time dilation. Some of them believes the fabric is made up on the particles called graviton. But there is no physical evidence for exiting for the particle graviton. This all are explained in the part of string theory and on our next blog I will explain about the string theory, coming to the space time fabric we just know it is thing which holds the universe later details and the properties should be investigating and scientists are on that work. So there is no clarity about it, technically it is also a mystery.
